I'm a native of the New York suburbs, who was following the script given me (got a computer degree, worked for IBM for seven years, almost got married to my high school sweetheart) but was lucky enough to listen to the voice of yearning and break away from that.

I moved to Seattle in 1999 to help start a non-profit personal development organization (to license and run programs that used to be run by Context Associated). I realized that wasn't exactly what I wanted to do and got a Masters degree in counseling a few years later, and voila, now I am an Individual and Couples Counselor in Seattle. I've been in practice since 2002, and am now a Washington State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

I describe the mission of my practice as Inspiring Lives through the application of Truth With Love.
